How can sinful man obtain true righteousness before a just and Holy God?
This is man’s greatest need whether he realises this or not. How can you or I be made righteous in God’s sight? Righteousness according to the Word of God, the Bible, is the ability for a man or woman to stand in the presence of God without any fear of condemnation for sin. Of course God’s standard of upright living that makes a person fit to live in Heaven is perfection. Fallen man has a standard of righteousness and even though they may exhibit many good things their efforts to please God by their own standards falls far short of the righteousness God requires for entrance into heaven…
