“Running scared”
European leaders earlier this week began drawing up plans to preserve the Iran nuclear accord, in defiance of President Donald Trump’s decision to abandon what he called the “rotten” agreement. The possible action includes legislation that would block Washington from punishing European companies that continue to do business with Iran. It reflects Europe’s deep frustration with Trump’s withdrawal from the 2015 deal despite the pleas of its top leaders. It would seem that the EU leaders are in realty “running scared” of Iran. The only ones who are facing up to the facts and telling the truth about Iran is Israel as we saw Prime Minister do with his public exposure of Iran’s nuclear weapon programme with tens of thousands of documents proving that this is in fact the case with Iran. It is common knowledge that the EU and the UN do not care for the security of Israel.
They have been warned
President Trump has taken a bold and courageous step in scrapping the Iranian nuclear deal which not only directly threatened the survival of Israel but also of America. Last year I watched a video of a leading Islamic Cleric in Iran speaking, or should I say agitating, a large group of young men to hate America and Israel. At the end of his rhetoric they all started to shout “death to Israel, death to America,” Because European leaders by enlarge have ‘soft-peddled’ their stance on Islamic migration Europe is being invaded by Islam, something that Muslims have wanted for centuries. Israel has repeatedly warmed the western democracies what Iran has been up to with their nuclear programme but western leaders by enlarge have chosen not to listen. According to one report in the PloiticoPro publication it stated; “Trump’s action has inflamed a transatlantic relationship already strained by his threat to impose tariffs on European products, along with his 2017 withdrawal from the Paris climate accord. The leaders of Britain, France and Germany spent months trying to convince Trump to sustain the Iran deal, which they helped to negotiate.”
The ‘Babylon’ of the Middle-East
It is clear that European leaders specifically including Britain, France and Germany are more concerned about their own economic interests than they are about the Islamic nuclear global threat posed by Iran. There is no doubt that if given the opportunity and the wherewithal that Iran would send missiles into Europe. America and Israel know what is afoot with Iran and make no apologies for their current stand against Iranian nuclear development. It may well be that Iran will take out Mecca in Saudi Arabia, the ‘Babylon’ of the Middle-east. (Isaiah 21:1-2) Mecca has in its skirts the blood of God’s people which God will avenge and the oil reserves under the Saudi Arabian desert will also burn. (Isaiah 34:8-10) The description of the aftermath describes nuclear fallout. This is why the shipmasters that trade with Mecca by the sea stand afar off because of the toxicity of the nuclear fallout. (Revelation 18:15-20) The apostle John tells us that ‘Babylon’ is a city in a desert by the sea that is ‘drunk with the blood of the saints’ a city destined to be burned with fire. (Revelation 17:1-6, 15-18)
Babylon in the Bible
Historically the City of Babylon was never destroyed but atrophied over the centuries. Saddam Hussein tried to rebuild the city but allied bombing put an end to that aspiration. In the Bible Babylon has several applications. Firstly; it refers to the literal city of Babylon founded by Nimrod as recorded in the book of Genesis and to the Babylonian kingdom of Nebuchadnezzar. Secondly; Babylon is also seen in the mystery religions of Nimrod’s Babylon that have been passed on down through the centuries in all false religions even to the present day. Nimrod’s Babylon is the original source of all false religion in the world.. Thirdly; Babylonian religion and lifestyle is seen today in the world at large. In fact the whole world is ‘Babylon.’ Fourthly; ‘Babylon’ is seen in Pagan Rome. Fifthly; Babylon is seen in Christendom in the Church of Rome, ecumenism, interfaith and the myriad of other heresies, false prophets and Christian cults with their emphasis on mystical experience, signs, miracles and wonders and the acquisition of wealth and prosperity. Specifically, Babylon in described in Isaiah and Revelation as a city in a desert by the Sea that will be burned with fire. Rome and New York are not located in a desert by the Sea but Mecca is and it is a city that trades via the sea and “sits on many waters” (nations). (Revelation 17:2,15) Babylon will burn!
Every Kingdom will be crushed
When the Lord Jesus comes again with great power and splendour for all to see all of the kingdoms of his present age that have vaunted themselves against the LORD will be crushed and blown away. The prophet Daniel writes; “In the time of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be destroyed, nor will it be left to another people. It will crush all those kingdoms and bring them to an end, but it will itself endure forever. This is the meaning of the vision of the rock cut out of a mountain, but not by human hands—a rock that broke the iron, the bronze, the clay, the silver and the gold to pieces. The great God has shown the king what will take place in the future. The dream is true and its interpretation is trustworthy.” (Daniel 2:44-45)
“Now but not yet”
In His first coming the Lord Jesus established the Kingdom of God in the hearts of His bond-slaves the faithful Body of the Messiah which He continues to do today through the Holy Spirit operating through the Body of the Messiah, the faithful Church. In His Second Coming the Kingdom of God will be visibly inaugurated on earth. As it has been said “the Kingdom of God is now but not yet.” If you belong to the Lord Jesus then you are part of God’s invisible kingdom and destined to co-reign with the Messiah our Lord Jesus in His visible and Millennial Messianic Kingdom and glory on earth and then after that, in eternity, enjoy the final and eternal state of all things in the new heavens and earth that He will create. (Revelation 21:1-4) I really love to quote the late David Wilkerson who used to say; “God still has everything under control!” I am so glad about that aren’t you?
