The inauguration of Donald Trump as the 47th President of the United States has taken place. He has vowed to change things for the better.
He has taken a stand against globalism and has withdrawn the United States from the World Health Organization (WHO), proving his commitment to nations having sovereignty as individual nations over matters related to public health, and holding big pharma accountable for vaccine mandates and other draconian health measures such as protracted lock downs during the Covid ‘Pandemic.’
He has also promised boldly to end the gender ideology madness that has turned schools, workplaces, and even the military into ideological battlegrounds.
Added to this, he has committed himself to restoring free speech and to end government censorship in America, something that needs to be implemented in Canada, Great Britain and New Zealand and Australia.
He said; “I will act with historic speed and strength and fix every single crisis facing our country,” Trump told his supporters at his inauguration eve rally on Sunday in downtown Washington, D.C.
“We’re going to stop the invasion of our borders. We’re going to reclaim our wealth. We’re going to unlock the liquid gold that’s right under our feet. … We’re going to bring back law and order to our cities. We’re going to restore patriotism to our schools.” All of these matters are good and well.
However, he seems to have changed his tune to a degree considering Israel’s security. On the surface it seems he will fight for Israel’s welfare and security and even went as far as to publically say that if all of the hostages taken by Hamas on October 7th 2024 were not returned by his inauguration day there would be “all hell to pay.”
Now we have the hostage deal in play and Hamas and the citizens of Gaza have been celebrating in the streets of Gaza thinking in their deluded fanaticism and twisted logic that they have won the war against Israel.
Now President Trump may be one who can wheel and deal in the business world and has proven himself in the past as a great, generous and benevolent supporter of Israel, and he has so far always put his promises into action. Added to this, he has said in passing that he feels that somehow Hamas may not keep their end of the deal.
However, the so called hostage ‘deal’ he has in a real sense forced upon Israel that has been brokered with Hamas nullifies President Trump’s public declaration that there will be “all hell to pay,” a rather broad undefined statement of ambivalence as to what he would actually do in the Middle-East. This ‘deal’ is far from being a good deal for Israel!
Of course there is no ‘perfect’ deal even when brokered by Donald Trump; however, when it comes to dealing with the likes of Hamas, or Hezbollah or the Houthis, or Iran or every other Jihadist and terror organization for that matter, you cannot make deals with Islam. Does President Trump realise this?
In a time of Jihad all Muslims are permitted to practice the Islamic art of disinformation and deception when dealing with non-Muslims, not just the Jewish people, but all who do not submit to Islam. It is called Taqiyya.
As for the hostages in the hell hole of Hamas no one can fully fathom or dismiss the amount of suffering and degradation these afflicted hostages have suffered at the hands of these remorseless killers for Allah. Hamas’ butchery, savagery and barbarism on October 7 last year was demonic in nature.
What would have been a good deal, not perfect, but one that in effect would safeguard the security of 9,458,915 Israeli citizens living in Israel and be the means of bringing the hostages home?
Let’s look at this briefly…
As New Covenant born again Bible believers spiritually grafted into the Commonwealth of Israel we should be praying to the Triune God of our forefathers Abraham, Isaac and Jacob to supernaturally lead the IDF and the MOSSAD operatives to find out where the hostages are being held and free them as well as eliminating their Hamas captors. I am sure many have been praying along these lines and we should continue to do this.
Firstly; Israel and the United States of America could have offered a huge amount of money and a concession for any Hamas operative who would desert Hamas and tell the IDF and the MOSSAD where the remaining hostages are being held.
Many Hamas operatives have already surrendered to the IDF during this war in Gaza.
Secondly; the IDF would need to Keep up their military campaign without relinquishing any territory, especially the Philadelphi Corridor, and in no way withdraw the IDF from any part of Gaza, but to keep the pressure on Hamas as Israel has been winning the war.
The IDF need to keep hitting Hamas relentlessly and hitting them hard until they are destroyed! To relinquish any territory in Gaza is to in reality put Israeli citizens in harm’s way and facilitate more October 7 massacres promised by Hamas. Any concession tells the Jihadist minded world that Israel is an easy target for compromise.
Thirdly; Israel could have let the Egyptians that are gathering their military forces in the Sinai Peninsula know that they will be severely dealt with if they seek to attack Israel. Egypt is no friend of Israel. Their underground tunnels under the border between Egypt and Gaza used by Hamas prove this point.
Trump could have backed Israel up in this matter of putting Egypt on notice. Also the Israeli military hierarchy need to strengthen the IDF on the Golan Heights and along the entire border with Syria to be ready for any attempted incursion by Turkey and the rebels now controlling Syria, not to mention the terrorist groups in Iraq backed by Iran.
Fourthly; “President Trump could have put extreme pressure and threats on Qatar to subject them to severe sanctions without any concessions because of their sanctuary and support for Hamas leaders, as we have already seen, even if it meant through severe sanctions strangling their oil exports to the west.
Qatar is a past master at the art of Taqiyya. Qatar is no friend of Israel or of America for that matter and possibly the Qatar regime already know where the hostages are being held?
Fifthly; Israel could have prepared an iron clad policy in place for an Israeli governmental body to govern Gaza once Hamas has been completely destroyed and have all of Gaza in the hands of the Israeli government despite resistance from the International community.
Gaza is part of the Land God gave to Israel from the Wadi of Egypt to the Euphrates River and everything in between to be for Israel as “an everlasting possession” (Genesis 15: 17-19; 17:8).
Added to this, there needs to be UN and US troops working side by side with the IDF to keep the peace and to regularly patrol Judea and Samaria which have terrorist enclaves.
Added to regular Israeli patrols in Judea and Samaria, specifically designate an IDF contingent to be permanently stationed to watch over Judea and Samaria. Many Arabs in Judea and Samaria are in bed with Hamas and want to attack Israelis in their homes and Kibbutzim.
The Israeli communities are all armed and rightly so. The violence against the IDF and the Israeli citizens living in Judea and Samaria is increasing at an alarming rate. A permanently stationed IDF presence in Judea and Samaria would also give added security to the civilian Israelis living there.
Already there are violent Arab Jihadists and Islamic criminal gangs operating in Judea and Samaria the heartland of Israel. Right now in Jenin in Northern Samaria the IDF are fighting and eliminating armed terrorists, many of whom are ensconced in the Jenin refugee camp.
Sixthly; Israel backed by the United States need with dogged determination to completely disable the Palestinian Authority and give them no future authority in Gaza. The humanitarian aid needs to be strictly monitored more than ever before.
The Arabs in Gaza for the most part have food, and restaurants and bread shops are open. Hamas hijack the aid and sell it in the markets of Gaza to impoverished Gaza civilians to make money to buy weapons. The main stream media do not mention this.
There is alternate online news websites that are telling the truth about what is really going down in Gaza. Most of the Arabs living in Gaza support Hamas and voted them into power in 2006.
According to the Times of Israel online publication dated the 21st January 2025 Israel is set to release up to 1,904 Palestinian prisoners and detainees, including several serving multiple life sentences for deadly terror attacks and murder, in return for 33 Israeli hostages held in the Gaza Strip during the first, 42-day phase of its deal with Hamas, according to an Israeli government decision.
While these released terrorists supposedly will be sent to other neighbouring countries, which are Islamic, they will inevitably make their way back to Gaza and to Judea and Samaria to kill Israelis if they can.
This ‘deal’ in three phases is not a good deal and President Trump needs to re assess the real situation in Gaza and in the Middle-East for the wellbeing and security of almost 10 million Israeli citizens. To allow any cease fire is to undermine the welfare and security of all Israelis and allow Hamas and Hezbollah for that matter, to reorganise, regroup and to rearm.
This ‘deal’ sanctioned by President Trump is “No Art of the Deal!” Far from it!!! In fact Biblically speaking from the LORD’S perspective this kind of deal is “dancing with the devil!”
The reality facing the western non-Islamic nations is that you cannot do any deals with Islam! “Babylon cannot be healed!” As Jeremiah the prophet writes; “We tried to heal Babylon, but she could not be healed” (Jeremiah 51:9a).
Jihadists want Jerusalem, to kill off the Jews and the Christians and expand their offensive against the United States and Europe and all of the western democracies.
Already we have an Islamic Trojan Horse well ensconced in the western democracies, not only in society but also in government. Islamic political parties exist in America, Great Britain, and Europe, in New Zealand and in Australia, all Islamic to the core and advocates of Sharia Law!
Keep in mind that while the lives of the hostages are precious and by now desperately need to be set free, and the LORD sees this, that if these current concessions are made with Hamas to see hundreds of incarcerated terrorists in Israeli jails freed, that these will once again seek to kill Israelis and repeat the savage butchery and kidnapping of October 7/ 2023. Hamas have said this publically!
The release of the hostages is vitaly important and necessary for their well being and may the LORD supernaturally intervene, but so are the lives of almost 10 million Israeli citizens that will be targeted by these terrorists once they have been released from Israeli jails.
It is not an easy thing for PM Benjamin Netanyahu to stay the course, He needs our prayers as he has Israeli Generals and politicians to deal with daily, and many are not favourable to keep fighting Hamas or Hezbollah or the Houthis.
We need to keep praying that PM Benjamin Netanyahu comes to saving faith in the Messiah and has godly born again Biblically literate men around him to impart God’s wisdom and direction.
The reality of boots on the ground is to pray that Bibi will persist in the military campaign in Gaza until all of Hamas has been eliminated. This has been his full intent. Pressure from the United States has made this extremely difficult for the Israeli Prime Minister in this matter.
The pressure from the International community on PM Netanyahu and his cabinet to compromise with Hamas must be extreme, and President Trump needs to get ruthless with Qatar, being one of the major agitators against Israel, and with Egypt and with Hamas in Gaza and back Israel’s campaign against these Islamic aggressors.
Also President Trump needs to back Israel in destroying Iran’s nuclear facilities.
In all of this it is important to note that in Israel there are many Arab citizens working side by side with Israelis in every level of society and who are not hostile towards each other.
Added to this, there are born again Arab and Jewish New Covenant Bible believing assemblies praying and working together for the salvation of their fellow Arabs and Jews. God is at work even in the chaos which scripture has foretold will happen in the last days.
Having said this Pentecost will be repeated! (Joel 2:28-32) (Acts 2:17-21).
Today many Jews are coming to saving faith in the Messiah our Lord Jesus. The last spiritual harvest of Israelis is yet to come (Zechariah 12:10-13:1).
The Time of Jacob’s Trouble is coming for Israel but the LORD will rescue His people (Jeremiah Chapter 30). A spiritually purified remnant foreknown and chosen by God will be saved and inherit the Messianic Millennial Kingdom (Isaiah 10:22-23) (Romans 9:27) (Zechariah 13:8-9).
There is a desperate need for as many Israelis to come to saving faith in the Messiah our Lord Jesus before this time of the Great Trouble descends on Israel, on the Body of Messiah spiritually grafted into the commonwealth of Israel, and upon the whole world. The gospel is to the Jew first! (Romans 1:16).
In the end only the Second Coming of the Messiah our Lord Jesus will save God’s elect people and prevent the world from destroying itself (Matthew 24:21-22, 27-31).
In that day every Jew still living will be saved when they encounter their Passover Lamb in His Second Coming to rescue Israel and to destroy all of their enemies arrayed against them (Zechariah 12:10-13:1). In that day scripture tells us “All Israel will be saved!” (Romans 11:25-27).
