(Jeremiah 30:8-10) “In that day,” declares the Lord Almighty, “I will break the yoke off their necks and will tear off their bonds; no longer will foreigners enslave them. Instead, they will serve the Lord their God and David their king, whom I will raise up for them. “So do not be afraid, Jacob my servant; do not be dismayed, Israel,” declares the Lord. “I will surely save you out of a distant place, your descendants from the land of their exile. Jacob will again have peace and security, and no one will make him afraid” “And no one will make him afraid.”
Joe Biden has now landed in Israel to supposedly discuss ‘shared values’ between Israel and the United States of America. According to a report in the online edition of All Israel News it stated that as the official ceremony got underway, Herzog said Biden has arrived on a “trip of peace” to ensure security for the entire region. He compared the president, Joseph Biden, to the biblical Joseph (What Bible does Herzog read?). In his welcoming remarks, Lapid said that Biden’s visit shows a “commitment to shared values” and the recognition of “the right of the Jewish people to a state of their own.” Lapid also added; “You once said you don’t have to be a Jew to be a Zionist – and you were right. And in your case a great Zionist and the best friend Israel has ever known.”
Lapid also said there would be time to speak about the Iranian nuclear threat, one of Israel’s chief concerns. He added; “We will discuss building a new security and economy architecture with the nations of the Middle East, following the Abraham Accords and the achievements of the Negev Summit. And we will discuss the need to renew a strong global coalition that will stop the Iranian nuclear program.” Speaking next on the podium, Biden said this visit will strengthen America’s commitment to Israel and advance Israel’s integration into the region. “Every chance to return to this great country is a blessing because the connection between the Israeli people and the American people is bone deep, bone deep,” Biden said. He also added; “Generation after generation that connection grows. Greater peace, greater stability, and greater connection – it’s critical for all the people of the region.”
That is why during this trip Biden said he will speak of the deep obligation to reaching a two-state solution.” Whose ‘deep’ obligation one might ask? It is quite an irony that while Israel is fighting for its very survival and to preserve its Biblical identity as a nation that its leaders are dancing a military two-step with the Biden Administration and the wider Arab world. Added to this, why would the Israeli government consider America as “the best friend they have ever had” when Biden pushes ahead for the Iranian Nuclear deal and obviously is in Israel to push for the two-state solution from hell? Biden is no friend of Israel and its time the Israeli government saw through Biden’s subterfuge. Biden knows that the whole Islamic world in its deep mind wants to see a Palestinian State instead of a Jewish state and when push comes to shove Biden would not oppose this.
Most of the Arab kingdoms located in Saudi Arabia in reality are only befriending Israel because of the Iranian threat across the Gulf. The Abraham Accords, while on the outside look promising as far as establishing some form of peace in the middle-eastern region, the tension and deep division between the decedents of Isaac and Jacob with the decedents of Ishmael and Esau remains intact. No one can make peace with Islam and Islam cannot assimilate into any other culture. When Muslims are not fighting a common enemy they go to fighting each other. Ishmael’s seed will always be divided (Genesis 16:12).
The western politicians either do not know Islamic militancy against the west or choose not to know this fact but instead choose to bury their heads in the sand concerning Islam’s global agenda being conquest and enforced submission of the multitudes by the sword to Islam! The time is coming when God Himself will gather the nations that have attacked Israel into the great valley of His judgement where He will deal decisively with their armies because of three things their leaders have done to the people of Israel who are God’s inheritance.
These political leaders have scattered the people of Israel into the nations, they have divided up God’s land and have abused His people by treating them as slaves to be auctioned off to hostile masters (Joel 3:1-3). These armies will be those of the Islamic Antichrist whom God is going to sweep into the wine-press of His wrath and crush them underfoot so that their blood will flow outside of Jerusalem for about 180 miles and as high as the horses bridles (Joel 3:12-14) (Isaiah 63:1-6) (Revelation 14:17-20) (Revelation 19:15). In all of these references the winepress of God’s wrath is mentioned. They are all describing the one and the same event.
This will happen at the Second Coming of the Messiah our Lord Jesus when He will go out to fight those armies that have dared to persecute Israel and by extension and inclusion the faithful Body of the Messiah spiritually grafted into Israel (Zechariah 12:2-4; 14:11-4,12-13). In that day unnumbered multitudes of will be dragged into the valley of decision because they have already decided to follow the Antichrist instead of Christ. The very constellations will be affected during the Day of the Lord when He will roar from Zion and thunder from Jerusalem and when the earth itself will tremble but the Lord will be refuge for His people and a stronghold for the people of Israel. Then the whole world will know that the Lord dwells in Zion! (Joel 3:12-16, 21b).
Biden can make all the overtures he likes to Israel and the Israeli government can buy into the deal but at the end of the day Israel will be abandoned and stripped of all self-reliance and dependency on the Egypt of this world. In the end for Israel it will become their worst nightmare come true as they face the Time of Jacob’s trouble, a time of great tribulation unequalled from the beginning of the world until now-and never to be equalled again. If those days are not cut short, no one will survive, but for the sake of the remnant being God’s elect saints in Israel and in Christendom and for the very survival of the human race God will cut those days short swiftly and suddenly (Matthew 24:21-22). It will be the time of great tribulation for Israel, for Christendom and for the whole pagan world but Israel and the faithful Body of the Messiah (the faithful Church/Assembly) will be saved out of it at the end (Jeremiah 30:1-10).
As the Lord Jesus Himself said; “But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars of heaven will fall, and the powers in the heavens will be shaken. Then they will see the Son of Man coming in the clouds with great power and glory. And then He will send His angels, and gather together His elect from the four winds, from the farthest part of earth to the farthest part of heaven” (Mark 13:24-27). See also; (Matthew 24:29-31).
When that last trumpet sounds announcing the arrival of the King of kings and Lord of Lords to Judge the world in righteousness and to inaugurate His Messianic kingdom on earth every New Covenant believer will be caught up to meet Him in the air and be gathered around Him at His coming again to earth and we will all be changed and receive new bodies the same as His glorious resurrected, eternal and indestructible body.
As the apostle Paul writes; “But our citizenship is in heaven, and we eagerly await a Saviour from there, the Lord Jesus the Messiah, who, by the power that enables Him to subject all things to Himself, will transform our lowly bodies to be like His glorious body” (Philippians 3:20-21). As the apostle John also writes; “Beloved, now we are children of God, and it has not appeared as yet what we will be. We know that when He appears, we will be like Him, because we will see Him just as He is. And everyone who has this hope fixed on Him purifies himself, just as He is pure” (1 John 3:2-3).
In that day the Messiah our Lord Jesus will reign from David’s throne in Jerusalem and we will co-reign with Him on earth as His blood washed, blood redeemed people both Jew and Gentile as one unified spiritual body being one flock under one shepherd! (John 10:16).
